Refund policy

At our company, we aim at providing reliable and accurate auction sheet information to our dear customers. However, as per the involvement of third-party sources and the nature of the services we provide, all sales are considered final once payment is made and complete. Therefore, we don’t encourage refunds for the auction sheets that are delivered.

Refunds can be considered in exceptional circumstances like:

• Incomplete or incorrect data
• Non-delivery
• Duplicate orders

Request to refund must be submitted within 7 days of receiving auction sheet. In order to request a refund, kindly contact our respective support team via email i.e support@carauctionsheet.com, including your details and legit reason for refunding. Your request will be reviewed, and a response will be given within 3 to 5 business days.
